1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Yesri Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for your personal or internal business bookkeeping purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Offline Architecture & User Data Responsibility

Yesri Finance is an offline-first financial record manager. Your accounting records, invoices, customer debts, and inventory counts are stored locally on your mobile device:

Data Ownership: You retain 100% ownership over all financial entries you record.
Backup Responsibility: Because data is stored on your device and not on remote developer servers, you are solely responsible for creating regular encrypted backups using the in-app backup utility. We are not liable for data loss caused by hardware theft, device damage, or operating system formatting.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Pro upgrades are billed through Google Play In-App Billing. All billing relationships, recurring subscription renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play's standard terms.

Cancellations: You may cancel subscriptions at any time via your Google Play account settings. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your active billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled through the Google Play Store refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Accounting / Legal Advice

Yesri Finance provides software tools to facilitate bookkeeping. The application does not provide certified accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying invoice calculations, local tax rate applicability, and complying with their statutory jurisdiction's tax filing requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yesri Finance and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
